smmrz.com provides social media marketing (SMM) services including followers, members, likes, views, and engagement for platforms such as Telegram, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook. All services are delivered as described on the Services page.

All orders are final once placed. We do not offer refunds on completed or partially completed orders. If a service fails to start within the estimated time, please open a support ticket and our team will investigate promptly.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party platform's terms of service. You are solely responsible for the accounts and content you submit. Prohibited uses include:

• Promoting illegal content or activities
• Automating orders with the intent to manipulate platform algorithms fraudulently
• Reselling services without prior written agreement

Services marked with a Refill guarantee are eligible for refill requests within the stated period. Refills apply only to drop in quantity after order completion and are not available after the guarantee window expires.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. smmrz.com is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your login details. Notify us immediately if you suspect any breach.

All payments are processed in advance. Funds added to your balance are non-refundable except in cases where a service is confirmed as undeliverable by our team. We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate these terms without a refund.

smmrz.com is not responsible for any loss of account access, bans, or penalties imposed by third-party platforms as a result of using our services. By placing an order you acknowledge and accept these risks.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
